SMART-H
Infrastructure for Materials Research for Transporting Hydrogen
The SMART-H lab was established in 2022 based on funding from the Research Council of Norway (RCN) under the program “National Financing Initiative for Research Infrastructure (INFRASTRUKTUR) 2018-2025.” SMART-H is a collaboration between Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering (MTP)/NTNU and Department of Materials and Nanotechnology/SINTEF Industry. The main objective of the SMART-H lab is to have unique laboratory facilities to be able to investigate the effect of hydrogen on material behavior from nano to macro scale.
